The Course Of ActionA blocked mainline was causing the basement property to flood.
Work UndertakenOnce at the property we traced the system and accessed a seized manhole cover without damaging the slabs. We also cleared the blockage and checked with a CCTV unit due to debris removal.
The OutcomeClient was very happy & we left the property in full working order.
