Flooding – Blocked Urinal Case Study

We were contacted by a long-standing client who was experiencing flooding within the main office floor toilets.

On arrival, we traced the issue to blocked urinal waste that was causing a flood when the automatic flush was activated. Access was gained and the pipework was cleared of major scale deposits by the method of electro-mechanical machine. All excess water was removed and the area was sanitised and reopened for use.
