Hotel – Drain Pipe Failure Case Study

We were called to investigate damp at a Hotel that was affecting the staff cloakroom.

After completing a CCTV drain survey of the drainage around the area we highlighted a major foul drainage pipe failure causing leakage and damp within the building. The drain location was traced and excavation and repairs were carried out to remove the defective section of pipe. This then allowed the toilets to be reopened once more.
